Working environment : Forécreu has developed indoor and outdoor living spaces at its various sites to provide the most pleasant working environment for all. For example, at the Vieux-Bourg site, our employees have access to a break room, a dining area, showers and changing rooms. In addition, the offices and meeting room have been renovated. At the same time, Forécreu employees are regularly invited to take part in social events.

 

Flexible working hours for ETAMS (Employees, Technicians and Supervisors): since June 2021, flexible working hours with fixed shifts have been introduced through an agreement signed with Works Committee (CSE) members so that ETAMS (employees, technicians and supervisors) can organize their working hours according to their personal commitments (family, leisure, paperwork, etc.).

 

Telecommuting at Forécreu: telecommuting has become an essential part of the work/life balance. It’s a lever for organizational and managerial transformation, promoting a “different way of working” to boost the company’s overall performance. It’s also an important lever for hiring. Thus, since June 2022, Forécreu has responded to this change in the way work is organized. 3 telecommuting modes have been defined according to employees’ needs: Regular, Occasional, Exceptional.

 

Health & Safety: health and safety are the two key points of our well-being at work plan. Interviews are held with Human Resources when employees return from sick leave, safety awareness training is organized regularly, particularly for production staff, and safety is one of Forécreu’s objectives. Our approach is bearing fruit, as can be seen in our employees’ average length of service, absence figures and survey feedback.
