Your onboarding
Whatever their activity, all Forécreu employees are welcomed in the same way. Because safety is essential, you will first be invited to a training session before starting work. An onboarding program will then be conducted. Tailored to each profile, it aims to help you get to know the company, grasp the challenges of our line of business and understand our organization and strategy.
Skills development
At Forécreu, we’re committed to developing our employees’ skills, whether they’re taking up a new position, changing technology or moving internally within the company. Always looking to the future and solutions for the industry of tomorrow, we are also keen to identify the skills we lack. To meet these strategic challenges, we have set up a skills development plan which includes a training program, a pilot school, management of potential and regular professional interviews.
