Gender equality index
We keep a close watch on the workforce and wage gaps to achieve gender equality. Forécreu pays particular attention to these analyses and to gaps, especially when awarding individual pay increases. We monitor the implementation of measures aimed at eliminating these differences, and have noted a reduction in the wage gap between men and women for the second year running.
